Mosgaard Pedro Ximenez Cask Whisky is made from local organic Danish barley malt, which is malted according to our specifications and brewed according to our own methods which are optimized to produce sweetness, softness and fruit notes - the taste of Funen Single Malt Whisky.

Pedro Ximenez is double aged and thus a really exciting and tantalizing acquaintance that challenges the senses. It has first rested in new French oak barrels, and has then been further matured on Ex. Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks for the last year and a half. It gives an exciting mix of fresh tannins from the French oak that meet spicy Sherry sweetness.
