The wish was something special - and this cask is Mosgaard's first pure Bourbon release. We have many Bourbon casks in the program, but use the vast majority of them to suspect something that should have a different cask finish.

The barrel is a 64 liter rebuilt Ex. Bourbon cask which is built from staves from old JB Bourbon casks. We have therefore preserved the cask for it, not only giving a somewhat deeper color than we normally see on pure Bourbon casks - but also some special notes.

In addition to the characteristic vanilla sweetness from the Bourbon cask, some fine peppery notes have appeared, which make it nicely spicy - and the whole thing is emphasized by fresh orange notes.

Several members of MWS have wanted some Bourbon lager from Mosgaard - and of course, that is why the group gets access to them
